Terms & Conditions and Content Policy

1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Frenzy Meet, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Content Policy, along with our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and CSAE Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, stream, purchase coins, or send/receive virtual gifts on Frenzy Meet. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this age requirement.

3Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@frenzymeet.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4Content Policy

Frenzy Meet is built around real, respectful, live connection. The following content and behavior is prohibited anywhere on the platform, including live streams, chat, profiles and gifts:

• Nudity, sexually explicit content, or sexual solicitation
• Content involving or endangering minors (see our CSAE Policy)
• Hate speech, harassment, bullying or threats of violence
• Promotion of self-harm, illegal drugs, weapons or other illegal activity
• Scams, impersonation, or requests for payment outside the app
• Spam, unauthorized advertising, or automated/bot activity
• Content that infringes another person's copyright or intellectual property

We use automated moderation tools alongside human review to enforce this policy, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5Virtual Currency & Purchases

Coins and virtual gifts have no cash value outside the app and cannot be redeemed for real money except where a creator payout feature is explicitly offered under separate terms. Purchases are governed by our Refund Policy.

6Creator Conduct

Creators streaming on Frenzy Meet must comply with this Content Policy at all times, accurately represent themselves, and may not solicit payments or contact outside the app in a way that circumvents platform safety features.

7Enforcement & Termination

We may remove content, suspend, or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions and Content Policy, at our discretion and without prior notice, particularly for safety-related violations.

8Intellectual Property

All Frenzy Meet branding, app design, and platform technology are the property of Frenzy Meet and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without permission. See our Report Copyright Infringement page if you believe your content has been used without authorization.

9Limitation of Liability

Frenzy Meet is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for user-generated content, disputes between users, or losses arising from use of the app, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions and Content Policy from time to time. Continued use of Frenzy Meet after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
