Refund Policy

1Overview

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for purchases made on Frenzy Meet, including coins, virtual gifts, and premium plans. By making a purchase in the app, you agree to the terms below.

2Virtual Coins & Gifts Are Non-Refundable

Coins, virtual gifts, stickers and any other virtual items purchased on Frenzy Meet are digital goods delivered instantly to your account. Once purchased, coins are considered used and are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law.

3Subscription & Plan Purchases

Paid plans (including any 30% off first-plan offers) renew and charge in-app through the Google Play billing system. Charges already processed for the current billing cycle are generally non-refundable, as access to premium features is granted immediately on purchase.

4When a Refund May Be Considered

We may review a refund request on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:

• A duplicate or accidental charge for the same purchase
• A confirmed unauthorized transaction on your account
• A technical error that prevented coins or a purchased plan from being delivered

Approval of a refund in one case does not obligate us to approve similar requests in future.

5How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of the transaction with your registered email, the transaction ID or Google Play order number, and a description of the issue. Purchases made through Google Play may also be eligible for refund directly through Google Play's own refund process, subject to Google's policies.

6Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days and are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times beyond this may depend on your bank or payment provider.

7Account Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms and Conditions and Content Policy or Community Guidelines, you forfeit any unused coins and are not entitled to a refund.
